Does anyone hold oversight, in regards to Government department leadership, because there are some really obvious conflicts of interest happening at the moment.

The whole town plan is designed to feather the nests of the biggest shops/businesses in Rarotonga, and force the small local farmers, artists and food vendors out of places like the market, especially the ones that are there every day of the week, they just want to come in every Saturday market, and flood it with cheap knockoffs.

I can already see the writing on the wall, regarding what’s going to go in the RFC site once it’s destroyed! I would bet money on it, that there is already a plan to put a certain shop there? In other countries they have laws to stop things like insider trading and clear conflicts of interest?
