Housing units razed to the ground in Arorangi blaze

Housing units located along on the Highland Paradise hillside road in Arorangi were completely destroyed in a mid-afternoon fire yesterday.
The Takitumu Volunteer Fire Service attended the fire with two tankers and the Puaikura Volunteer Fire Service was present with two trucks.
On arrival, the building was fully engulfed in flames.

Police and Rescue Fire Services are expected to investigate the cause of the fire.
