An interim injunction preventing non-members of the Kopu of Makea Nui Ariki from accessing the ancestral lands of Taputapuatea (Section 224), and Araitetonga (Sections 127G1 and 127G2 Avarua) was granted by the High Court of the Cook Islands in Avarua yesterday.
