Requiem Mass for Pope Francis

The Catholic Diocese of Rarotonga, Cook Islands community will be having a Requiem Mass for Pope Francis at the St Joseph’s Cathedral tomorrow, Thursday April 24, at 6pm.
Bishop Reynaldo Getalado MSP says everyone is most welcome to attend this Requiem Mass “as we pray for the Repose of the Soul of our Beloved Pope Francis. May he Rest in the Love and Peace of our Risen Lord.”
Pope Francis passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025, at the age of 88, at his residence in Vatican City, Rome, Italy. His death was attributed to a stroke, which led to a coma and irreversible cardiac arrest.
