JAEL Abera-Lornie and Ron Lornie, have recently returned to the Cook Islands and have invested in chalet accommodation in Aitutaki.

Speaking on behalf of the couple, family member Ar’e Abera, said his sister Jael had returned home from working abroad to find a peaceful environment for herself and her husband Ron.

There are two boutique styled villas overlooking the lagoon on a site where they will live and also cater for tourists,” Abera said.

He said the new business would benefit Atiutaki  as”Abera’s Aitutaki Villas” were holiday homes in Jael’s own hometown.

“Abera’s Aitutaki Villas are dedicated to our parents for their unconditional love.”

Ar’e and Jael’s parents are from Aitutaki and Orometua Abera Abera, has been ministering for the Uniting Church of Australia in Griffith, New South Wales, for the past 10 years,” Abera said.

“The villas were named after my parents to show Jael’s gratitude and appreciation.”

Abera acknowledged his sister’s achievements with her husband, saying they showed companionship, commitment and loyalty for each other.

Abera’s Aitutaki Villas offers a slice of paradise, surrounded by a breathtaking sea view. It also has a convenient location, just four minutes’ drive from Aitutaki airport.

The only two villas on the private location, the buildings provide a peacefulness atmosphere on the water’s edge.

The modern, spacious, 40 square metre beach view accommodation features luxurious fittings and what Abera describes as “the world’s finest beds” for a perfect holiday setting.

Each self-contained villa has a spacious bedroom with queen size bed. Free and clean filtered water is available throughout the site. The pool area has a barbecue, outdoor shower, toilet and laundry facilities and the site is fully solar powered.

Guests can laze on the covered deck and truly relax and you can enjoy your holiday with water sports including kayaking and snorkelling, fishing/diving, sailing and lagoon cruises.

Land based activities include golf, cultural tours, scenic walks, cultural nights and dining at the five-star restaurant at Pacifica Resort, five minutes from the villa. And the highly regarded Koru café is just 15 minutes’ drive from the villa.
