While players vying for a spot in the national team for the Pacific Games this year will certainly be in serious mode, the touch rugby season also includes a social mixed division.
The division was hugely popular among the government departments, with the Ministry of Education and MFEM crews proving to be a fun force to be reckoned with last season.
Registrations for the season, which kicks off this Monday 12, are still open and organisers are especially keen to see more social teams get involved.
The season includes the open men and open women’s division as well as a separate mixed division for the more serious teams.
Team registrations cost $150 and keen teams can contact Daphne Brown on 54171 or June Putere on 79022 to book your spot for the season today.
Those interested in taking up the whistle and joining the refereeing team should contact referee coordinator Edith Nicholas on 50130. Get your mates, your colleagues and the family together and get into touch rugby.
