Cook Islands Football Association hosted a CIFA Women’s Football Day to mark International Women’s Day.

Football’s regional body, Oceania Football Confederation, has presented a challenge to its member associations to support International Women’s Day through football.

In support of International Women’s Day, the Cook Islands Football Association (CIFA) will be hosting a Women’s Football Day event this Friday at the Takitumu School grounds in Matavera.

Puaikura ended their Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) Champions League campaign with head held high despite losing all their three matches.
