Round two of the Rarotonga football season kicks off today with action between the age-group teams.

The U8 and U11 mixed teams are set to take the pitch today at 4.15pm to kick off the day’s proceedings.

All U8 and U11 mixed division games will be played at the CIFA Complex, with Nikao Sokattak facing off against Puaikura, Tupapa Maraerenga going head-to-head with Matavera, and Avatiu taking on Titikaveka.

Parents and spectators are expected to turn up in numbers to watch fun football games amongst future stars who will be determined to win the Round Cup Trophy that is up for the taking.

Following these matches, the battle between the U17 teams will get underway.
