The workshop will be held at the Islander Hotel and in store at CITC Pharmacy.
Browne ran successful workshops last year showing strapping techniques and injury prevention also educated attendees on the importance of identifying concussions acting on caring for the athlete immediately.
The workshops are $15 and include participants being provided with tape and equipment that they can take home with them.
Cook Islands Trading Corporation (CITC) is working with Browne to promote the use of mouth guards, strapping and general sports health.
The workshop at CITC Pharmacy will give its manager Shannon Saunders an opportunity to get right behind this educational workshop and also run a competition.
“The deal is buy $20 of any D3 products K-tape, rigid tape, ice packs, and first aid kits and go in the draw to win one of three prizes. The total prize package is worth over $600.
