The Bond Store Rarotonga Club XVs competition returns today after a short break which allowed players to take part in the Te Maeva Nui festival.

The round six competition will see some interesting battle between the six clubs in Rarotonga.

In the match of the round, Takuvaine Reds will host defending champions Avatiu Nikao Eels.

In the opening round when both teams met at The Swamp, the match ended in a draw.

Reds and the Eels have suffered a loss each against Tupapa Panthers which leads the points table after four wins and a draw.

The Reds and Eels tussle will be an interesting one with the winner expected to surge ahead on the second spot and battle for the top place finish.

In the other matches, the Panthers will host Ngatangiia/Matavera Dragons at Victoria Field while Titikaveka Bulls will take on Arorangi Cowboys at Teimurimotia Park.

Panthers were held by the Dragons in round one clash at Ngatangiia Field while Bulls had a narrow win over the Cowboys.
