Bodybuilder Joshua Goodrick has been chasing gold for a few years and has finally brought it home.

According to Raro Muscle Gym, Goodrick won the All Natural Championship 2019 that was held in New Zealand.

“I have been chasing a first place for a while now and I not only achieved that this weekend but I came first in three classes and won the big one: overall bodybuilding for the 2019 New Zealand federation of Body Building and Fitness natural championships, aka Mr Natural Waikato 2019,” Goodrick says.

Even though it was just him on stage he acknowledges a lot of people behind the scenes.

“I want to thank my little big brother for always being there for me with training, dieting and rocking that stage with me. All our Raro Muscle gym members and Kukis for all the love and support, and my family and friends for having my back.

“My coach Dean for everything you do for me bro appreciate it so much,” he said in a social media post. “But most of all my wife, my rock, for always holding it down and my son we done it – daddy’s bringing home the gold.”

Meanwhile, Samuel Tatuava won the silver in the junior division and bronze in his bodybuilding weight class.
