The tournament which was held on Saturday, May 12, saw a good number of golfers competing for some attractive prizes.
A spokesman for the Rarotonga Golf Club said the tournament had been a great test for the golfers.
Despite the gloomy weather on the day, eventual winners Pitomaki and Hagai managed to get through the course with an amazing 86 stableford points.
“On behalf of the members and executive of the Rarotonga Golf Club we would like to say a big meitaki maata to Glenn Armstrong, Moeroa Matheson and their team at Maritime Cook Islands for their support and generous sponsorship this year,” the club said.
“We are forever grateful to have sponsors like Maritime supporting our club in every way and can’t thank them enough for that.
Thank you once again Maritime Cook Islands and we hope to have you on board with us next year.”
