Netball teams claim vital wins

The round robin of the Rising Stars Netball Championship ended at the weekend, with a number of teams claiming important wins before the knockout stages.

As per the knockout draw, all six teams qualify, with the top two teams automatically making it to the semi-final round.

In the first knockout game, the third ranked team will challenge the fifth-placed team, while in the second match the fourth placed team will challenge the sixth-seeded side.

The winner of the first knockout game will face off against the second-ranked team in the semi-finals, and the winner of the second knockout game will battle the top-ranked team, with the winners of both games qualifying to play in the finals on September 23.

All matches will take place in Bluesky Sports Arena at Tereora College. Knockout stage matches will be announced later in the week.
