Avatiu Nikao Eels finished top of the table after round one of the domestic rugby league competition following a superb 28-10 win over defending champions Titikaveka Bulldogs.

Titikaveka Bulldogs will have to dig deep to stop the rampaging Avatiu Nikao Eels in the domestic rugby league feature match of round six today at Teimurimotia Park.

There were two sets of brothers at opposite ends but there was certainly no love lost when Avatiu Nikao Eels hosted Tupapa Panthers on Saturday.
