Please get flights right

Just how hard would it be for Air New Zealand to get it right with the telephone flight arrival updates? The Sunday morning flight is sometimes early so we get up at 5am and ring.

 

On Sunday September 24, we rang at 5am, again at 5.30 and finally at 5.40 and every message was the same, "scheduled to arrive at 6.30” Which is when we arrived at the airport, only to find our tired guests had landed an hour earlier.

Come on Air New Zealand, first impressions are everything, We thought the airlines and the tourist industry were ‘partners’?

You make us look bad. Again, how hard can it be?

    The solution is very easy go to the NZ website and type in NZ 19 flight details or just type in NZ19 LAX to RAR anytime after 9 or10 pm depending on the time difference between LAX and RAR and it will give you the estimated time of arrival. This flight is constantly arriving 15 to. 60 minutes early. Become proactive and arrive at the terminal early rather than arriving at 6.30 am.
