Scene set for Chinese to come in, take over

Tim Arnold tells us there is no proposal signed between Merchant of Paradise and Pa Ariki, and as her lawyer he would know.

After all these years he should also know the writing is on the wall with his client. When he said she is working with Puna’s government to draw up a tender agreement, this means they are setting up an open door policy for Puna’s favourite Chinese construction company to come in and take over.

It is a frequent occurrence when advertising for an employee if you already have someone in mind, you design the advert to include all the specialities of that person so no-one else can reasonably apply and they look tailor-made for the job.

If the government is involved in this project, then I believe the Sheraton will be signed over for a song to allow the CIP (Chinese Interested Party) to carry on their mission of selling our fish, sea and land to the Chinese contractors who have proven in the past that they don’t have very good building standards, or the ability that’s needed to be put in charge of all our important large construction contracts.

Tim Arnold, if the CIP are involved. I wouldn’t put it past them to put Tom and Jerry (Tepaki/Webb) in as the scapegoat leaders of this sorry debacle.
