Dear Editor, On April 6, 2013 you published a story with the headline “Community urged to stop dumping”.

For a year now the public have been waiting for an e-waste collection, as promised by the National Environment Service.

Deafening silence has followed.

You will have noticed the increasing number of TVs now being dumped on our roadsides.

The last e-waste collection would not accept TVs, so this has now become a major problem.
