It was a red letter day for Piripo Elisaia, commonly known as Mama Pi, and the Pacific Homecare team when she received a Queens Service Medal for services to the Pacific community in the 2014 Queens Birthday Honours.

Dear Editor, During this year’s lead up to the general election I would like to encourage the public to raise their concerns over the state of our roads on Rarotonga.

The current fuel crisis has nothing do to with lack of shipping. It is simply a government ploy to give us a taste of things to come.
