SPCA renews calls to chip

Cook Islands SPCA has again suggested microchipping dogs on Rarotonga following an incident last Friday.

The Cook Islands Ports Authority has confirmed John Jessie as the new harbour master, replacing Saungaki Rasmussen, who resigned in April this year.

Air New Zealand flight NZ749 flying from Rarotonga to Auckland was delayed by almost 11 hours early Tuesday morning.
