Starting at 4:30pm, the market will feature stalls selling a wide variety of food and there will be fish for sale. There will be a bouncy castle for the kids.
The idea behind the event is to showcase “just one” of Mokoroa’s initiatives for Nikao-Panama, a CIP spokesperson said. The idea of holding a regular night market at the social centre has been around for over 20 years, but past attempts to establish one have been unsuccessful.
The event is open to the public and voters in the Nikao-Panama constituency are especially invited to enjoy the evening with their families.
