Due to the unfortunate weather, the association’s executive took into consideration the safety of competitors, exhibitors, equipment and the general public.
Competitors will participate in five course menu (two portions per course) to be executed in 100 minutes.
First course is eggs benedict, second course is a composed salad, third course is a dietary dish that must be vegan and gluten free, fourth course is kai moana, and as a finale, the fifth course is a pawpaw-inspired dessert.
The competitors are Rahaditya Semara, Vou Williams, George Moetaua, Arana Edwards, Edwin Singh, Muhammad Aldo Rivaldi, Shaheen Nisha, Sharon Veena Chandra, Kimiora Ona, Lisa Marie Teokotai, Dennis Earl Santurdio and Ngametua Tariau.
The current culinary champion is Simi Ravua, who won the previous event in April 2017.
