One hundred and eighty people successfully completed the course over a seven month period from January to July, 2018, making it one of the largest number of graduates for the Kia Orana Customer service course so far.
Cook Islands Tourism Corporation have partnered with CITTI to support the delivery of the Kia Orana Customer Service course.
This course focuses on providing exceptional customer service by incorporating the Kia Orana Values into their respective workplaces. The course has been offered in Rarotonga, Aitutaki, Atiu and Mangaia.
Everyone is welcome to attend the graduation to celebrate with all the individuals who will be graduating today.
