Graduate with a ‘Kia Orana’

The students of the Cook Islands Tertiary Training Institute (CITTI) celebrated their graduation on Friday the 8th of December at the CITTI campus in Ngatangiia.

 

Cook Islands Tourism Corporation have partnered with CITTI to support the delivery of the Kia Orana Customer Service course. This course focuses on providing exceptional customer service by incorporating the Kia Orana Values into their respective workplaces. The course has been offered in Rarotonga, Aitutaki, Atiu and Mangaia. On Friday, families are friends gathered to celebrate the completed course for many individuals including 66 graduates of the Kia Orana Customer Service Course.

Similarly, the CITTI awards ceremony was held on Aitutaki at Tamanu Beach on the 24th of November. This awards ceremony saw 68 participants from the Kia Orana Customer Service Course celebrate their graduation. This training opportunity provides an avenue for people to improve the standard and quality of their customer service knowledge and skills.
