The success of the Cook Islands team in the Pacific Oceania Junior Competition has opened up doors for the young tennis players.

Titikaveka Bulls are in the eye of the storm today in the Rarotonga Club 15s competition as they face off the number one team in the competition, the Tupapa Panthers, in the Bond Store game of the week.

The opening scenes in American Made look as though someone saw the 2016 film Sully, also a true story about a pilot, and learned all the wrong lessons.

A recently-opened gym in Tupapa aims to improve the life habits of its members as it teaches them the extraordinary benefits a gym can provide.
