ZUUFit welcomes people of all fitness levels and anyone keen to start the year with exercise to a 20 minute workout for both beginners and those who exercise regularly..
Organisers say ZUU is a free, fun and easy-to learn training regime based on high intensity “primal movement patterns.”
This workout is featured on ESPN, and was formerly used by the Royal Air Force for its focus on aerobic exercise and muscle-building.
Classes are every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6.30 to 7.00am at the Calvary Hall, Arorangi.
Beginners can go at their own pace and more advanced participants can choose an intense level.
No experience or equipment needed, just bring water, wipe towel, shoes - or bare feet.
This is a grassroots effort and organisers are not accepting any money or profit. However if you wish a $2 donation can go to the partners, Calvary Hall who generously donated the training space.
