The former Faipule and Ulu o Tokelau, who went on to become the Pacifi c delegate to the Global Oceans Commission, passed away earlier this month in the United States. He was honoured at the opening of the Pacifi c Islands Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA) 11th Ministerial meeting yesterday.
