A recently held quiz night has helped raise funds for the next generation of Cook Islands netballers.

Potini Regina Potini was one of two Cook Islands representatives at this year’s International Olympic Academy for Young Participants course and he has made a number of recommendations to CISNOC regarding the future development of athletes.

The Rarotonga College Youth Athletics Championships are to be held at the National Stadium on September 7, with Olympian Erin Tierney leading the events team alongside Athletics Cook Islands president Ina Marsters.
