Name suppression was granted at the Avarua High Court on Friday to the 52-year-old male arrested in relation to the burglary at Mareko Island Creations last weekend.
An off-duty police officer charged with driving with excess breath alcohol was discharged without conviction after Justice of the Peace Georgina Williams heard the special circumstances of his case, in the Avarua High Court on Thursday.
