Another outstanding variety of music was presented by Tereora College Level 3 music students this week, showcasing their passion for singing and performing.

Students had to perform a second programme of music which consisted of two songs or pieces, in order to gain a total of eight credits in performance.

Music teacher Veronica Perkins said the students were allowed to pick one song, but she picked the second.

“I tried to pick something for each of my students that I thought would really push them in their vocal abilities.”

This is the last vocal assessment for the senior students.

Their first programme, hosted at Coco Put in Term 2, was a huge success, with students performing both solo and group numbers as part of their assessments.
