Bergman Gallery is introducing a new project by the Print Room at Beachcomber Pearl Market.

The project, A Fine Art Auction, will be held on Monday, February 18, starting at 6pm.

Bergman Gallery director Ben Bergman said 17 artists would feature in the auction with 21 lots on offer.

Artists include Sylvia Marsters, Mark Cross, Mahiriki Tangaroa, Andy Leleisi’uao, Nanette Lela’ulu, Apii Rongo, Varu Samuel, Richard Boyd-Dunlop, Andi Merkins, Chauncey Flay, Henriata Nicholas, Rick Welland, Loretta Reynolds, Benjamin Work, Miriama Arnold and Tuaeu Shane Andrew.

“Auctioneer will be Greg Stanaway. The evening will kick off at 6pm with live music, wine and canapés,” Bergman said.

“This fine-art auction features some fantastic examples of original Cook Islands art work produced from 2002 through to 2018 providing an interesting historical overview of the more recent art movement.

“The auction works are now on show at The Print Room and auction catalogues are also available.”

I am trying to contact my sister Loretta Reynolds, a local artist. Is it possible that you could advise her that I wish to make contact?
