New company gets off to VIP start

Special guests including the Prime Minister of Samoa Tuilaepa Aiono Sailele Malielegaoi mingled with members of the local business community at the official launch in the Cook Islands of Federal Pacific Insurance on Wednesday night.

 

The function, held at Parekura House, featured keynote addresses from the Samoan prime minister and Cook Islands Minister of Finance Mark Brown, as well as an outline of the company’s history from FPI general manager Namulauulu Sami Leota.

The company, which was founded in Samoa and has branches in several Pacific countries, provides a range of policies for motor vehicle, motorcycle, household and business insurance and plans to expand its offerings in future.
